She is a senior Corporate Trainer and she has led Leadership and Behavioral Training based on competency framework, Virtual Classrooms and eLearning, Training Needs Analysis, Creation and Customization of Content, Training The Trainers, Design and roll- out of Employee Induction Programs and Benchmarking services. She is also a Self defense Training expert and has conducted workshops for more than 35 batches.

She has an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon and is MBA in Aviation Management.
Supreet is a pioneer in the Indian Aviation Industry who joined the Indian Air Force (IAF) as one of the first few women helicopter pilots. During her very successful flying career, she held many important appointments related to Operations, Administration, and Management of Human and Technical resources.
She has been personally trained by Edward De Bono on his Creative Thinking Tools and creative Problem solving.
